My husband is doing contract work in Omaha and we were looking for a home that we could rent out after using while he is there working. I had surgery in late October, so Thomas was stuck helping me around! He was so fantastic to work with and even lended a hand getting around with my crutches!
He was so helpful with questions around closing, including getting everything water, sewer, electric, gas, internet since we are from out of town. Thomas grew up in the area and is very knowledgeable about the Omaha area. Which made the closing seamless.
After closing Thomas even went over and unpacked our bed in the box for us! That’s going above and beyond I would say! Thanks Thomas for everything, you were a pleasure to work with! I would recommend you to any friends and family looking to move to Omaha!

We began a home search for my daughter in the spring of 2022 and we were linked with Thomas via Zillow for one of the homes on the market. We liked Thomas so much that we spent the rest of the day and the next day with him viewing homes!! Thomas is a fast learner and a great listener. The three of us all had specific wants and needs and Thomas respected all of our requests. It was a fast market and a tough market to jump into for a “first time” home buyer, but Thomas was patient with us and always honest when answering our questions or offering advice. Thomas did find our daughter her house that she has made into a home and we had so much fun together (the four of us) almost every weekend—that we have become good friends and continue to get together from time to time.
